Camping Rules 

Thank you for camping with us at the Farmington Fair Grounds. These rules apply year-round on our facility unless otherwise approved in writing.  All person/s camping on property of the Franklin County Agricultural Society, hereinafter referred to as FCAS, are guests at all times. Any guest may be requested/required to leave our property at the request of FCAS Board Officers, Trustees, or Safety/Security Director. Below will be a list of rules, which may be amended at times as circumstances may dictate.  Any temporary changes will be posted at the gate/s and permeant changes will be added to these rules.

·        All campers are required to register and pay any required fees.

·        All guests shall have tickets for entry or be preregistered.

·        All campers shall have the proper holding tanks and no gray water or sewage shall be released, except in designated dumping stations, or sewer connections.

·        All sites will be marked with power & associated AMP connection, water, and sewer if applicable on the site map. Campers must use the electrical connection for their site unless approved by the site coordinator. Please contact the secretary’s office if you can’t locate this person.

·        Camping quite hours are 1 hour after fair closing (9 or 10pm) to 7am. People outside after this time may be warned one time for being loud and after this, may be requested to leave or trespassed from FCAS property. In certain instances (ie; fight, extreme loud noise, or incident) guests may be removed/trespassed without warning.

·        Open consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on the fair grounds.

·        All pets must be on a leash, any droppings left must be picked up immediately, and pets must be quiet when inside the camper.

·        Aggressive pets shall be muzzled at all times when outside the camper.

·        Only 1 vehicle is allowed at the camp site.  Additional vehicles need to be placed in proper parking areas.

·        There is no subletting your campsite.

·        No tents, open fires, or fireworks are allowed.

·        Check in is at 1pm and check out is 11am.  All campers must be removed from the grounds on Monday concluding fair, unless arraignments are made otherwise. Campers left on the property beyond that day will be moved as needed, including towed off our property completely. FCAS is not responsible for any damages for abandon campers.
